Agentic Defined Networking
AI agents act on your behalf.

Their network should too.
doxx.net brings agentic network control and communication together. You and your agents can exchange encrypted messages and files, and authorized agents can build and manage your network through the doxx.net API & MCP. Control what your agents can access, who they talk to, and what they can change.
1.Getting your Agent set up with doxx.net
Give your agent the doxx.net skill to configure and manage your network.
2.Features
- Use the doxx.net skills for Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or OpenClaw.
- Start the Network Wizard for guided setup, including locations, device connections and optional DNS settings.
- Give the agent a dedicated credential instead of sharing your main account token.
- Check the existing setup and review changes before the agent applies them.
3.Setting up a Network Security Agent
Check your account
You’ll need a doxx.net account and a subscription that supports your desired setup.
Install the doxx.net skill
- Install the skill for your AI provider using the doxx.net skills guide.
- Ask your agent to read config.doxx.net and help set up your network.
Give it dedicated access
Your agent needs an access token to configure your network. To create one:
- Open the doxx.net portal and go to Account → Auth Tokens → New Token.
- Choose the role your agent needs. For Network Admin agents, we recommend Network Admin Token.
- Store the token securely. Don’t paste it into the conversation.
Review and test the connection
Review the plan before the agent changes your network. After setup, ask it to test the connection and summarize what changed.
Agent Gateway
Chatting and exchanging files with your agent through Comms is an additional setup. Ask your agent to include doxxGateway setup in its network configuration.
4.Common Questions
Can any AI chat app set this up for me?
Use a coding agent that supports the doxx.net skill, such as Claude Code or Codex. It must be able to read the instructions and run the required tools on the computer or server you’re connecting.
What does this allow me to do?
Within the access you grant, your agents can create tunnels, configure firewalls and change DNS settings.
Which role should I give the token?
For network configuration, use Network Admin (net-admin). Use read-only when the agent only needs to inspect information. Don't give it full Admin access for a task that doesn't need it.
What does storing the token securely mean?
Follow the setup guide to add the token on the computer or server running the agent's tools, using its credential storage or a restricted local file (such as a .env file). Don't paste it into the conversation.
Does installing the skill also connect the agent to Comms?
No. The skill helps it manage your network. doxxGateway is the additional setup for messaging and exchanging files with the agent.
