1.What to include in your support request

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and which device or operating system you're using. Include the error message or a screenshot if it helps.

Before you send a screenshot, hide any private account information.

2.Keep credentials private

Never post your account token, recovery codes, private keys or a tunnel configuration in a public channel. For account-access or billing problems, use the support email rather than a public discussion.
