Find your invoices

If you pay directly through Stripe, you'll find the Invoices option on your doxx.net subscription page.

1.Find your invoices

  1. Sign in to the web portal.
  2. Open Account → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Invoices.
  4. Click on the invoice you would like to view and a pdf will be downloaded to your computer/phone where you can see your receipt.

2.If an invoice is missing

Contact support@doxx.net for help with a direct subscription. Do not post billing documents in a public Discord channel.

If Apple bills your subscription, check your purchase records with Apple instead.

3.Before you delete your account

Download any invoices you want to keep before deleting your doxx.net account. See Delete your account for the billing precautions.
