Pause or cancel your subscription

Pausing lets you stop subscription billing and reactivate later.

Cancelling and pausing are different actions. Pausing stops billing and keeps your account ready to reactivate. Cancelling ends the subscription.

1.Pause a direct subscription

  1. Open the web portal.
  2. Go to Account → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Pause Subscription and follow the confirmation shown.

You won't be charged while your plan is paused, but you can't create new tunnels or reconnect. You'll see Paused and a note that you can't create tunnels or reconnect until you reactivate.

2.Reactivate your subscription

Ready to return? Select Reactivate on your subscription page to restart your subscription and billing. Read the confirmation before you continue.

3.Cancel a direct subscription

Open Account → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription.

4.Deleting your account

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. See Delete your account if you also want to remove the account.
