Share seats

Want to share your plan with another person or device?

Add a device to your network by sending a seat invitation.

1.Sending a seat invitation (Users)

  1. Open Account.
  2. Go to Plan sharing → Share a seat.
  3. Send the invitation link or show the QR code to the recipient.

2.Accepting a seat invitation (Users)

Scan the QR code or open the link on the relevant device, then follow the app's setup steps. You'll join the setup flow after the token step.

You can use this route to add more of your own devices as well.

3.Giving your agent a seat (Agents)

To add a seat with AI and/or give your agent a seat, first give your agent the doxx.net skill.

Follow the setup instructions for your AI provider at github.com/doxxcorp/doxx-skills.

Check your account

  • You’ll need a doxx.net account and a subscription that supports your desired setup.

Once you install the skill, have your agent read config.doxx.net and explain the setup for whatever environment your agent is running on.

Give it dedicated access

  • Create a separate, expiring token with the permissions needed for the task.
  • Configure your token according to the role you want for your agent.
  • Store the token securely. Don’t paste it into the conversation or share your main account token.

Review the plan → configure the connection

  • Ask your agent to test the connection afterward and summarize what changed.

Agent Gateway

Chatting and exchanging files with your agent through Comms is an additional setup. Ask your agent to include doxxGateway setup in its network configuration.

4.Seat availability by plan

Device seats and agent seats are counted separately:

  • Essential: 2 device seats and 1 agent seat.
  • Pro: 5 device seats and 5 agent seats.

Add another device or agent to either plan for $1/month each. Add-ons are billed monthly, even on a yearly plan.

5.Removing a seat

To remove a seat from your account in the app:

  1. Open Account.
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Select ··· next to the device you want to remove.
  4. Select Remove from subscription.
